I have been working at New Benefits full-time (Less than a year)
The CEO has a clear vision for the company and does a good job of working with upper level management to guide the organization. He regularly communicates this vision to all staff and provides company updates in a town hall meeting with all employees on a monthly basis. The executive management team has fully embraced technology as a foundation to base future company success and encourages employees to bring new ideas and “think outside the box”. I would characterize the corporate culture as very friendly, teamwork oriented, and driven for success.
Don't really have any negative comments.
Advice to Management
Continue to raise the bar of excellence and continue to hire good people.
I applied online. I interviewed at New Benefits.
Just know they are rude, go in expecting to be treated poorly . Not just my experience, read the other interview reviews, they are spot on. They are not able to recognize talent, not that it matters because they product they are having you market is garbage anyways.
