I worked at New College of Florida (More than a year)

    Pros

Eclectic students who are eager to learn. Employer pays promptly.

    Cons

Can't think of any, except maybe one supervisor I had was very hands-off.

    Advice to Management

Coordinate with student teaching assistants and supervising professors.

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at New College of Florida (Sarasota, FL) in August 2011.

    Interview

Hired base on academic merit. Was not interviewed and did not formally apply. Simply put, it was a new semester and the professor teaching the class was in need of a new teaching assistant. I received high grades in the class, so he decided to ask me. I accepted and went to Human Resources to fill out the necessary paperwork.
