    Neutral Outlook

I worked at New Concepts in Marketing full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This was a work from Home Position with very flexible hours. Compensation was very good compared to salaries for the area i lived in. We had a company computer and they paid for our internet and our cell phone.

    Cons

You worked a few hours EVERYDAY . Very rarely were there multiple days off in a row becasue no one else could do your job. If you took the time off you came back to a lot of catch up work. Never got a raise.

    Advice to Management

Treating your employees like the are valuable will get better results and loyalty. In most cases Your employees working in the field know more then what they are given credit for.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at New Concepts in Marketing (Charlotte, NC).

    Interview

I initially applied online with an add found on Craigslist. Emails were sent back and forth on my availability for a phone interview. Initial Phone interview lasted about 40 minutes , Then a few weeks later another interview was scheduled for a a 1:1 face to face interview about 1 hour from my home in a public location. this interview took about 1 hr. Job offer arrived by phone call about 2 - 3 weeks later. Whole process took a little over a month.

    Negotiation

    there was not any negotiation.
