This company does everything and anything to set you up for success. New Home Star is the most employee focused company I have ever worked for. If you have ever asked yourself "why can't my job appreciate my hard work?" or "Why will my job not help me get ahead?" then this is the job for you! They will always put you first and appreciate everything you do. There is plenty of opportunity for growth.
This is a job that with great reward comes great responsibility. If you are not driven to work hard then this isn't the job for you. Every employee at New Home Star will tell you that this company will change your life but you have to earn it as well. I promise you will not regret it.
I applied online. I interviewed at New Home Star (Greenville, SC) in January 2018.
Things you need to know about this company. It's 100% commission based. You will be driving very very far to get to your neighborhood of sales. You can not sell real estate without a license, so I suspect you have to obtain one, or you will be splitting commission with someone who has one. You will likely be going weeks or evens a month without a paycheck. This job is not good for someone with a family, or who has bills to pay.
