    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at New Leaf Community Markets (Santa Cruz, CA) in June 2013.

    Interview

Had a phone-screen interview a few days after applying. Then was asked to come in for an in-person interview. Spoke to two managers for roughly 15 minutes outside of the store location I was applying to. Asked generic questions for about 10 minutes, and then was able to ask questions about what working there is like. Overall very simple, and a very casual feeling throughout the interview.
