Mission: We want to become an international, multi-channel brand with long term sustainable growth.
I have been working at New Look part-time (More than a year)
discount used to be 50% off everything except sale and concessions but now it has gone down to 40% which is still quite good, but 50 was better obviously. because the rota is never set in stone you are able to let management know if you cannot make a shift which they will then probably ask you to find someone to cover it but if not they are usually understanding
They will post the rota and say "it may change" well what's the point of posting it then? How can anyone make plans if they don't know what hours they're working until sometimes 2 days before...if you're looking to work a lot of hours this is not the place to go as sometimes you will only get 4-8 hours a week.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at New Look in March 2017.
It was really quick, basically I just got asked about my availability, what do I study, what do I think working there will be like, do I have any experience in retail, what does customer service mean to me, etc.
