Managers are supportive of family and school obligations. They honor most time-off requests. The annual World Hunger Relief Program is excellent and I'm pleased that NPC chooses to support Pizza Hut in raising money for this worthy cause.
The $2.50 "convenience fee" confuses delivery customers. They think it goes to their delivery driver in lieu of a tip. Receipts should have a clearer message that this is not a tip like Papa John's ads do.
Advice to Management
Please offer more positive feedback to employees who work hard to provide excellent customer service and to support management in meeting goals such as OTD times, labor, etc. There is little affirmation provided whether employees do the "minimum" or really knock themselves out to help. A thank you here and there goes a long way!
Please make it clearer that the "convenience fee" is not a gratuity.
