    Operations Supervisor Interview

Anonymous Employee in Camp Hill, PA
    Accepted Offer
    Neutral Experience
    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at New Penn Motor Express (Camp Hill, PA) in January 2014.

Submitted application online, Phone interview with corporate HR, and 2 interviews with manager and district manager, took 2 months plus from offer until the first day of work, which was ridiculous. Very straight forward questions. There is a drug test (urine) and a background check post offer. The process is too involved and takes way too long compared to industry standards.

    Interview Questions

Negotiation isn't really possible, especially with vacation.
