You are your own boss This is not a desk job. You are either in meetings with investors, or out in the field showing and selling properties to investors. So it's 50% in the office, 50% out of office!

Fast Track to being Promoted Everyone in our company started in sales. From there you can move to become an Acquisition agent searching for the properties. Once you are here you will learn how to quickly advance to become the General Manager of your own office.  

We'll help you with Leads We provide warm leads to all agents, effectively minimizing the number of cold calls. Our corporate office spends a great deal of time and money to have leads constantly coming to all of our agents

New Western Acquisitions has become one of the largest investment real estate companies in the nation. Sales Associates play a crucial role in our success as they are constantly meeting with investors and building fast relationships while consistently closing deals.

As a Sales Associate, a typical day might include the following:


• Making outbound calls to potential investors & setting in office meetings to better understand their long term investment goals
• Meeting with contractors to gain a better understanding of the construction background to enhance their knowledge on single family rehabs
• Presenting & selling company acquired properties by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions for their investment strategies
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues

The candidates that can provide these combined talents WILL be successful with our brokerage. All new hires go through a vigorous training schedule led by senior associates that will provide all necessary knowledge and education for a successful career in the field of investment real estate. The position available is in our sales department which consists of the disposition of investment properties to our network of investors. These associates will work closely with investors consulting them through the purchase process, rehabilitation of the property, exit strategies and potential equity or profit of each investment.

    I have been working at New Western full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I've been working with New Western for 5 months now, and I can definitely say this is hands down the funnest office I have ever worked at. The office culture is extremely friendly, all the senior staff try their hardest to include the new guys in the group and make sure that each agent feels like they can be themselves and enjoy their time at work. The commissions are solid and the entire office helps each team member to get their deals done with whatever knowledge they need. I can safely say that in the short time I've been with New Western I can talk circles around agents that have been doing the job for years. the wealth of knowledge afforded to you is incalculably beneficial.

    Cons

    You must have gumption and the will to succeed if you want to work here. This is not a job for an employee that sits back and expects a paycheck for nothing. You must bring value to the team for this to work.

    Advice to Management

    My advice to management is to not change a thing. The office culture is balanced out perfectly by the effort needed to succeed. the more you put in the more you get out!

    The hiring process is pretty simple. They want to make sure you fit the mold as a sales person and that you have an interest in real estate. If they like you, you will go on a drive along where an agent takes you to a house so you can experience first hand what you'll be doing if you get the job.
