Professional job with chance for advancement and opportunity to serve youth and adults with disabilities in a systemic manner improving access to their educations.
Morale is low due to work volume and need for reorganization of support staff structure and tasks. Consider better access to flexible schedules for computer based jobs to include telecommuting from home 2-4 days per week. This is currently not allowed even for health reasons. For work that is so computer based and can essentially be done anywhere there is wifi there must be a way to measure accountability to allow for this more personal and family friendly concept
Advice to Management
Hire more persons of middle or late middle age and more women. Consider experience that is cross correlated and community experience as well as education.
