    Pros

Decent salary for a college student.
    Great training program.
    Great co-workers.
There's a bonus at the end of each semester for college students.

    Cons

If you're not a fan of customer service jobs and are nervous or timid to speak to people this probably isn't the best fit for you.
There are days can get really slow with not much to do followed by days where work seems never-ending.
Not much room to grow professionally within the company.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at New York Community Bancorp (New York, NY).

    Interview

Went to 3 different branches before being hired. Hired for a position none of the branch managers understood. After 1 month waiting for orientation, two weeks of training, and two weeks working, I was moved from the BM who hired me to a hurting branch.
