    I have been working at NewDay USA full-time (More than 3 years)


    I am coming up on my third year at NewDay USA, management is very strong and constantly getting better, the company is constantly adding more and more resources to improve almost every aspect of the company. NewDay is growing its Veteran population, and employing college grads, therefore helping the local economy. I have wore many hats here, and i know that there will be many more in the future, learning new things will only make you a more valuable asset to the company, and develop you professionally. I have nothing but good things to say about this company, i am always learning, and training the next generation of leaders. We help the local Veteran community through many volunteer events in the MD/DC/VA area, as well as many non profit organizations. Admiral Lynch is a man of his word, and he does not tolerate anything below the NewDay standard.


    If you are not looking for a career where you can get promoted by working hard and helping others around you, then NewDay is not for you. The company is team oriented, and there is no place for individual based mentalities. Former employees are now starting to come back because the grass was not greener on the other side. We also need more office space!

    Advice to Management

    Management is doing a great job, they spend a lot of time gathering ideas and looking to add more resources to enhance the employee's experience, the customers experience, and the operation of the company as a whole. The training is world class, and it is because of management.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at NewDay USA.


    Applied on line and got an interview the same week. The interview lasted approximately one hour, including a tour of the facilities. The interviewer was nice, friendly, and talkative. He asked a few questions on how to relate my degree to real life.
