I worked at NewDay USA full-time (More than a year)
Great pay especially right out of college, willing to invest in new talent and develop young professionals. Supervisors are typically promoted from within so they understand what their subordinates are going through. Promotions through merit happen very quickly. Was only there a year and got promoted
No work life balance especially at the end of the month, very repetitive every day is basically the same as the last.

Find a way to improve work-life balance
The recruiter who contacted me was pretty arrogant. Pretty disorganized. And a little rude. He sent me a request for an interview time without confirming my availability. He missed the "first" interview we scheduled. And was late to the second one. And in general, the tone he used with me reeked of "I want you to feel less valuable than what you are, so I can feel more valuable". I'll gladly pass.
