I applied online. I interviewed at Newfire Global Partners (Fortaleza, Ceará) in Sep 2023
InterviewThe first interview was with a person from HR, who was very polite and was to do a filter. Soon after, we scheduled a technical interview, which was canceled with 10 minutes to go. When he rescheduled, he asked me the day and scheduled a completely different day, I didn't complain because he was also available, however, he rescheduled for another day again without consulting me and changed the time, I didn't complain either... with 20 minutes left to start they changed it in 1:30am start time, also without consulting me. The interview was friendly and satisfactory, I went on to an interview directly with the hiring company. I asked some questions beforehand to the HR person who SAID to me that it would be a conversation to just have a cultural fit, however, upon arriving at the interview which was rescheduled again for 1 hour after the previously defined time, there were 2 hours of technical interviews between algorithm and technical questions . This took about 4 weeks, with an interval of 3 to 4 days for each response. After that last one, I never heard back.Interview
