I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Newport Group (Des Moines, IA) in April 2018.
Newport Group has a great interview process. It was formal yet comfortable in all steps of the process. I had a recruiter interview, followed by two in phone interviews with managers. My final interview was an in person interview with the team. I did have to travel with an overnight stay and they were very accommodating to find something that required the least amount of time off. I was impressed with how the interview process was very much a dialogue between myself and who was interviewing me. I was able to ask questions about the company and the team. I was able to get honest feedback.
