    I worked at NexMed as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    hard-working detail-driven staff knowledgeable and capable of anything and everything. high work load and aggressive goals created rapid expansion. collegial workplace environment fostered optimism during high work load.

    Cons

    lack of certainty of company's future and role of individual tasks towards next goals. some lack of creativity for technology and business development. over reliance on short term project work load.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work, I'm sure it's going well, stay informed of rapid changes in the industry, and maximize all personnel's expertise and creativity to enable expansion.
