How many hoops does one need to jump through in order to land an offer at this company?
Apparently, it's not enough to sink in over 15 hours of preparation to do 1 phone screen, 1 video interview, a week-long homework assignment, 2 video panels, and a last Q&A for the hiring manager to offer you a position over the phone.
The email confirming a final and brief phone call, which was for rejection, was very misleading, and they asked if I had any questions for their process. No, I didn't prepare for a rejection over the phone. Why do employers think that it is a great idea to do so?

That way I can process the rejection in private and not be caught off guard over a phone call. The feedback was also disappointing and vague, saying I didn't have enough experience. You'd think they would have figured that out by the 2nd conversation I had with them? What a waste of time...InterviewWhat is the largest and smallest scale evaluation projects you have done? How do you know when you've collected enough data?
