It is not common for many employees to get unfair salaries according to their input and value in the company, yet if you happen to be Muslim you may get preferential treatment and you are politely aggressive, not passive.
Just about every employee is unhappy for one reason or another and it all comes down to respect and money. Those that are actually quite deserving of a raise never get one because they are viewed as below the feet of the company. Small company and a lot of gossiping, favoritism with certain members.
Advice to Management
Stop shouting and raising your voice to employees. Just because you feel you can doesn't mean that's not labeled as harassment. Say "no" to favoritism and don't say it doesn't exist. Give raises because there are a lot of employees stuck at your company because the economy is bad but when it gets better, you will be at a loss.
