    Pros

Pay & benefits. Well compensated for the work we do. Having a changing schedule I've been able to go to many of my kids field trips. The people are nice and easy too work with.

    Cons

Rotating shift work. The hours aren't always great. Being in operations leads to a constant changing schedule. It's 8 hour shift work to cover a 24/7 operation on the plant. It's political and you are not allowed to make a mistake.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at NextEra Energy, Inc..

    Interview

Took a very long time before getting an interview. In my communications with them, they seemed disorganized. The interview was digital and I never actually spoke with anyone. Very strange interview process. Although I thought I did fine talking to myself for 12 minutes in recording my digital interview, I did not get the job.
