I have been working at NextGen Healthcare full-time
Good work/life balance. Work from home options. Doesn't micro-manage. The people I work with are great.
Benefits have gone downhill - Healthcare has become much more costly, paid time off has decreased (took away personal days). Bonuses have become unattainable for regular employees but executives still receive their bonus. No holiday gifts and holiday parties were just eliminated as well. Loss of trust in senior leadership and company direction. To many management levels.
Advice to Management
Go back to appreciating your employees and talent and start treating them better. Recognize the cost savings with employee retention. It's the little things that are most important to employees and those are things that are slowly stripped away. Eliminate some of the unnecessary management levels and cross train your staff! Breakdown the department silos!!
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at NextGen Healthcare (Irvine, CA).
Applied on LinkedIn and got a phone screening w a recruiter. Then, acctg mngr called separately and went over personality & my experienc very deeply. The in peraon interview started w a quick a chat with acct mngr again and followed by talking to the controller. Mngr & controller went over detailed experience & personality in depth. They were both nice, friendly, and approachable.
Flexible in negotiation
