I worked at NextGen Healthcare full-time (More than a year)
Snacks in the office, paid parking, full benefits offered
micromanagement. very typical corporate culture - restrictive and more focused on numbers rather than on both building the product and their employees, more concerned with appearances than with actually doing a good job.
Advice to Management
pay attention to the suggestions your teams give you, and make the numbers work for you, not the other way around. trust in the work of your employees. You hire bright and driven individuals for the most part, so please trust in them to do their job. Add more staff to the team as well. "Demoting" people from other teams to fill in gaps in Support is not a sustainable business model.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at NextGen Healthcare (Irvine, CA).
Applied on LinkedIn and got a phone screening w a recruiter. Then, acctg mngr called separately and went over personality & my experienc very deeply. The in peraon interview started w a quick a chat with acct mngr again and followed by talking to the controller. Mngr & controller went over detailed experience & personality in depth. They were both nice, friendly, and approachable.
Flexible in negotiation
