In the summer of 1996, Fayak migrated from the world of a publicly-traded company to a world where he was a one-man organization: the operations team, the sales team, and the owner.

    Pros

    Nextep has an incredible culture and leadership team that combine for an amazing employment experience. Everything I was told about how great this company was in the recruiting process turned out to be true. I've never felt so at home in an organization. This company is fun, modern and growing. There are countless opportunities for growth personally and professionally. I just feel lucky to be a part of it.

    No cons. If you can't be happy at Nextep, you've got a personal problem.

    None. I've never had managers that I trust and love so much. This company is very transparent. Goals and expectations are clear.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Nextep (Norman, OK) in November 2016.

    Interview

    I applied on a Friday and had a call the following Monday. I did a phone screening with the recruiter and was set up with an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I then had a second interview with upper management and the HR manager. I was offered the position quickly after the second interview. It was a short and precise process.
