    Pros

I've worked at a lot of places where you don't know who the boss is and if you did, they don't know you. That isn't here. The Strimbus test everyone like a close friend and constantly get involved in projects to help out. Working here is a blessing and makes work enjoyable to come in to.

    Cons

There isn't a single con I can think of.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Nick Strimbu (Brookfield, OH) in December 2016.

    Interview

Application, background checks, employment references and Motor Vehicle reports are all required by law per D.O.T. NSI takes 1-2 weeks to screen an applicant. The process does take some time, but it's worth the it to be working for a stable trucking company that values it's drivers like family.
