I worked at Nickelodeon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits. Awesome, laid back work environment. Terrific work space.

    Cons

Job ended when show ended. I would have liked to continue working there. I would have happily moved on to another show.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Nickelodeon.

    Interview

Very relaxed and just a great place to be around. No need to be nervous because it's more about if you fit into their relaxed cool culture. I smiled a lot and showed my easy-going personality and that went pretty far.

    Interview Questions

    • None mine was very conversational. Maybe the only formal question was "Why Nick"   Answer Question

    Negotiation

No negotiation. It's standard all across the board.
