Advice to Management
Keep doing what your doing and don't become that corporate monster.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NinjaCat in October 2018.
First video call was a preliminary interview to see if I was a good fit with the rest of the organization. It was a great, friendly video call and gave me much hope in that this could be a great place to work and contribute to.
This is where things took a turn. The tech video interview was the opposite of the preliminary. I had a 1-on1 phone interview with their primary engineer from his basement office. It started out well until some of the buzzwords he was asking me about confused me. This apparently sealed my fate, and he ended the interview early.
