Advice to Management
keep listening to the workforce
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nissan North America (Franklin, TN) in December 2017.
The interviewers were extremely rude and could not communicate clearly. The interview was a verbal vocabulary test. They did not ask any relevant questions pertaining to my experience or skill set but had the audacity to accuse me of lying on my resume. It was a panal of four men interviewing a woman. I had to keep asking one to constantly repeat himself because of his poor communication skills. He got very angry. When I tried to ask questions about the job, I was seriously told “we don’t want to talk about the job”. But on a good note, I nor my family will ever buy a Nissan and I will happily relay this experience to everyone in the community. They were truly horrible and very dispectful.
