Good atmosphere, fun industry, faced paced work environment, good management. Hired in 2005 and had incredible growth for the first few years, the training and growth were fantastic until the economy turned.
Terrible pay, the corporate level managers couldn't for the life of them understand how expensive the certain areas are to live in. They also would tend to play favorites and give promotions based on non work related qualities.
Advice to Management
learn to be ahead of the industry or at least grow with it. Trying to maintain the same style and products year over year was what ended the company.

firstly they are conducted essay writing of our english grammer and secondly conducted aptitud test[resoning,maths,english] and few qs of ms-exel prog and lastly they are conducted telephonic round for our american english accsent fluence lastly they are moving to our cv to hr mngr and conducted 4 face to face interviw for our communication skills, analytical skills, subject, and mainly they are cheque our english knowledge [ language, writing, grammetical etc...] also our mentality also
