    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Noble Energy.

    Interview

Be aware of job visa related interviews by this company.. Unfortunate they are not hiring if you can pick out which jobs are job visa related but obligated by law to go through the process... Signs this might be the case: 1. Initial phone call specifies we cannot go over a dollar amount and if you agree/disagree to this.. 2. HR leads the interview and ask you non-HR day to day job related questions with the hiring manager in the background and barely saying a word. (Note I believe this is NOT a USCIS approved tactic to screen people..). Lastly HR conducts the interview in a rude manner.. interview ends and cuts you off and doesn't let you ask questions...

Hey, we waste time trying to help you as required by the law during your USCIS process. At least have the decency for us to practice during that specified time. This isn't a one way street.. word gets out quickly that Noble Energy might not be a place in the future that we take our talents to...

    Interview Questions

    • They pick apart your resume trying to find holes relative to the job posting which they can show USCIS that you don't meet qualifications.   Answer Question
