I worked at Nolan Financial full-time (More than a year)
Company had great work-life balance. Work was cyclical (most busy in between quarters, and end of year). The industry is a very niche field so it was good that Nolan was/is one of the bigger fishes in the sea. Conversely, because the industry is very specialized, the sea isn't that big.
Work is fairly easy and not challenging. Long tenured employees at the top so there isn't as much room for growth.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nolan Financial (Washington, DC).
First interview with VP then following interview with the rest of the team. The second interview is more informal "get-to-know" meeting. You have to go through a background check and drug test.
