    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Nolo (Pleasanton, CA) in July 2016.

    Interview

    Applied through LinkedIn.

Company recruiter did a phone screen, then had me do an online timed quiz related to the job.

Next, the recruiter set up an on-site interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter was polite easy to work with.

I interviewed with the SW development hiring manager.

After the on-site interview, I was contacted by the recruiter for a follow-up. She wanted to know if there was anything they could improve during the interview process and was basically getting feedback in order to continue to refine the process for both the company and the perspective employees.

Overall, I was sincerely impressed with the professional and friendly staff as well as how smooth the process was from my perspective. I also appreciated the company culture .
