Mission: We help people around the world enjoy healthier lives through better nutrition and exercise.
I have been working at Noom full-time (Less than a year)
Flexible hours, focus on health and behavioral change, great culture, good and ethical company that cares about employees and it's users , is transparent, and always looking to improve
having to help trouble shoot the ap for the users can be tedious and frustrating
Advice to Management
Keep doing what your doing, and keep trying to improve product for customers and keep raising the bar for job happiness, benefits, career growth and personal development, and salary for employees. So far all is really awesome so keep it up!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Noom (New York, NY).
Applied through Jobscore. Three weeks later, heard from an internal recruiter. I responded in approximately 5 hours, and was then told interviews are on "a first come, first serve basis", and that I would be contacted if more spaces opened up.
In all of the terrible behavior I have experienced by recruiters, I have never been contacted to set up an interview only to be told the above. The lesson here: they don't hire the best for the job, they hire the fastest replier.
