Very many to even put here. In short too much office politics, favouritism, high pressure to upsell when this job is advertised as retention which means to " save a customer from cancelling" and they want to sell! And if u don't you are damned.
Advice to Management
You might want to train yours managers before training any new staff. Also fix your faulty system and stop putting pressure on employees to have a short average handle time, no Acw, no hold, no transfers , no escalations to L2 and on top of that use 6 different programs, listen to ur yelling customers and them to top it of SELL!!! Omg no wonder people quit. There is always a job posting out there. This place is a joke.

at least three phase interviews: face to face, technical ability test, behavioral screening during the training period. since there is high turnover initially they start with a large batch which trims out to under ten by the time training is over.
