I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom Rack (Seattle, WA) in October 2017.
This is the first round of the entire process. You need to record a video that answers some pre-set questions through a online platform. You can only see those questions after starting the interview. You have 30s to prepare each question and you have 3min to record your answer.
