Our supported-dentists strive to provide best-in-class dental care to every patient, every visit.
Best-in-class: requires having the talent, expertise, technology, knowledge and compassion to achieve this lofty goal.
Every Patient, Every Visit: The affordability-to-value ratio is perfectly balanced. This level of dental experience has managed to make it accessible to everyone. Healthy for the staff, healthy for the doctor, healthy for the patient. Again, a balance of all of the little things that make work more enjoyable.
While collective IQs pushed our supported dentists to the top of their classes, their EQs separate them from the competition. Our supported dentists are emotionally intelligent in everything that they do. They don’t hide behind facemasks or tinted glass. Rather, they function in the office as if they are walking around in their patients’ shoes. This empathy helps them to create an unforgettable experience.
Our supported dentists make things simple and understandable for their patients. From explaining procedures to solving challenges with insurance billing, NADG and its supported dentists put out the vibe that no question is a stupid question. And, we work hard to quickly deliver answers with sound explanations.
We operate with a deep sense of pride and healthy confidence in our team. We have a bounce in our step that lets patients know that they are in the best hands. In a universe where like attracts like, putting our healthy bravado out there will bring in new customers with those same characteristics.
These are NADG’s and NADG’s supported dentists’ current values. We believe that they are expected of us. All of our cultural norms come back to these values.
The Resource Center team provides functional centers of excellence to our supported practices so they can deliver best in class patient care and the business can achieve its objectives.

I have been working at North American Dental Group full-time (More than 8 years)
They practice what they preach. They say they care for us as team members and provide all the PPE necessary ( and then some) to keep us safe. Also, especially in this day and age, where so much cultural unrest and disrespect is prevalent, I feel that NADG has created a safe and respectful enviroment. Their core valuesnalign with mine. They offer the best care for the patient as well as their team members. And have the latest and greatest equipment and technology that makes my job easier.
There are many services we provide during an appointment for patients and sometimes it can be somewhat overwhelming for patients as well as providers.
Advice to Management
Roll in new technologies in intervals so that clinicians have enough time to continue to provide great patient care while not having either patient or clinician be overwhelmed
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at North American Dental Group (Columbus, OH).
I really debated leaving this review as the process was efficient and professional until...the end. I went through a phone interview, video interview and in person interview. At this point, a candidate should learn whether they got the job or not. I was completely ghosted. I followed up with the recruiter two days after I was to hear and she was deceptive and said she hadn’t heard from the hiring manager. This was on a Friday and the HM was going on vacation the following week. I never heard a thing! I really liked everyone I met and the company’s values. However, thankfully dodged a bullet if they can’t even be professional enough to say thank you for your time we’ve chosen another candidate. I want others to know this is how they ruined what otherwise would have been a very positive experience.
