I worked at North American Galvanizing & Coatings full-time (More than a year)
The people (co-workers), the customers, the supervisors, management, all excellent people to work with, Great benefits/time off
Trying to get a pay raise is hard. they only give .10 cent per hour raises
Advice to Management
Some jobs (ie Kettleman, forklift operator, truck driver) pay needs to be better. If it was I would still be there
I applied online. I interviewed at North American Galvanizing & Coatings (Fort Worth, TX).
What interview process?
It seems they have a broken talent acquisition process and the people don't seem to have a clue. After already applying to role, they contacted me on multiple occasions reaching out to me on the opportunity and communicating to me to apply to their link. Each time I explained I've applied - I would attach resume and backup email/application confirmation with emails directly to people and than they would ghost me - this happened 3 times!!!!
