Company Culture is family-oriented
Have never had to lay off employees in their history.
One of few remaining companies with a pension plan.
Not much room to grow
Not quick to take up new technologies
Advice to Management
Raise pay for employees, upgrade computer systems, and provide more flexibility with positions within the company.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at North Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance.
Will be at least 2 interviews and they will go off a list of interview questions. There is also normally a homework assignment that will be turned in a couple days after the first interview. Not a bad interview just be well prepared for the common questions!
