Pros

1. Company that truly cares about clients.
2. Variety in job duties (everyday is different).
3. Sense of genuinely helping others in their recovery.

Cons

1. Challenging cases and large caseloads can lead to burn out. 2. Pay scale is below average within the state, and the health care coverage is similar to the old major medical plans. 3.

Advice to Management

1. Consider ways to assist employees with self-care to avoid burn out. While it is not the company's responsibility, the company should send clear messages that they support employees in self-care

    Interview

Very thorough, clear steps and expectations. Communication was very timely. The process was through a skype due to time and location. Offer was made same day. The technical pieces were more complicated with drug test, paperwork, verifications.
