Advice to Management
Keep up the dedication to your students as well as to your staff and enjoy many more years of success.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at North-West College (West Covina, CA) in April 2015.
Interview location was 60 miles away from my home and campus they were hiring for. I did the drive anyway. I arrived and checked in and then several other people arrived as well to interview. initial interview with regional director was fine... Quite short but I was invited to stay for the 2nd part of the interview process. second part was a group interview with owner and upper management. Six candidates were asked to stay for second part of the process. the positions offered were for several locations so I di feel like it was a competition Interview consisted of basic roll play. Then they spoke about the history of NW college. seemed like it went well. We were dismissed and were told they would be making decisions and they would contact us. After 7 days they still hadn't contacted me so I wrote an email to the person I met with... No reply. Then I received a standard form letter email f I'm HR saying that unfortunately I did have the experience they were looking for. I have over 12 years admissions experience... So I'm not sure what that was about. After reading reviews on here I am actually happy I didn't get hired.
