I have been working at Northern Health Authority full-time

    Pros

Good benefits and opportunities for growth in new positions and projects.
FT employees start with 4 weeks' vacation. Sick allowance, disability and maternity/paternity leave benefits are all attractive.

    Cons

Low morale. Many people haven't worked anywhere else, so aren't open to new innovations or systems.

Management is kind of stale, not bringing in new energy and ideas.
