Hourly wage is lower than it should in comparison to the industry. There is no such a thing as work/life balance - You don't know what time you start until the night before and there is no "going home" time, you go when the work is done.
Advice to Management
Communication between management and rest of the company must improve. Your employees deserve a better salary or something to feel more appreciated. Create a training program, not just throw your new employees "into the fire" and see what happens.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northern Technologies in January 2011.
Waste of time.
Interview went well as far as I could tell. I was told I'd be called in a few days to set up my second interview. I called after that date passed and was told they still wanted me to come in but the person that would be doing the second interview was gone and they would call me back in a few days to schedule it when he was there. Days later I emailed and still got the same run around.
How about just saying NO we don't want you?
