I have been working at Northsight Management full-time (Less than a year)
I have been with the company a little more than 6 months. My last company took the turn for the worse and Northsight came in and bought them including their current employees. As scary as that could be, it has been the best thing that has yet to happen. The company is great. The company plans fun events including, free breakfast/lunch on Thursday's, dress down on Fridays, and we even have a fun committee. It is nice to be able to work for a company that motivates you, and checks on how your doing, and if you need anything.
One of the cons, I would have is working in the satellite office and not being able to meet all of your team members in the cooperate office.

Keep growing the company! Your doing a great job!
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Northsight Management in June 2014.
Over the phone interview ,contracts and guidelines submitted by email,offering way below standard rates and way above standard expectations.The interviewer was nice and cordial.She asked are you willing to take up to 24 photos per job? Do you have a smart phone..what kind?Banking information ect.
