    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Northwest Cascade (Puyallup, WA).

    Interview

Filled out the online application and received a call back within 2 days. Friendly recruiter who set up an interview with me as soon as possible. The initial interview was relaxed and informative, the HR woman was professional but personable and answered all my questions completely. Made me excited to work for the company. Next step was interview with area manager. Went well but I received a different job next day and could not pass it up. Overall, great and positive experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to work hard for a fair, stable company with great benefits.
