The KP model empowers physicians to do the right thing for the patient. No prior authorization!

Cons

We have a lot of patients to take care of, and with a looming physician shortage there is always too much work! Healthcare is a team sport, for sure.

    Virtual interview due to pandemic, I was told if I'm called back for a second interview, I'd have to give a mini-presentation.
    There were 3 supervisors present who took turns asking me questions.
