I have been working at Northwest Savings Bank full-time

Low stress work environment, good insurance, and a pension plan. Vast majority of employees are good people which creates a friendly work environment. If you work just to fund your basic needs and extracurricular activities, or are looking to coast the last decade into retirement, you would love it here.

Significantly below market wages, limited upward career potential, little or no professional training or development. Company is not a meritocracy, but rewards employees on how long they've been there. Highly motivated and driven professionals often get frustrated here as a result. Company has trouble holding on to promising young talent for these reasons.

I applied online. I interviewed at Northwest Savings Bank.

Submitted resume online, don't need a cover letter. Received an email stating they wanted to move forward with the interview process and to complete a call center simulation and two interview questions. From there I received a call to set up an in person interview. Within two days I received an offer.
