I have been working at Northwest University full-time (More than a year)
The community of people you work with is great and helping students and their parents understand the aid process can be very fulfilling.
The pay is not very competitive. The work can be very cyclical too due to the nature of working at a university. The summers are slow and the first two months of the each semester are very hectic.
Advice to Management
Do a better job at listening to employees and help them develop professionally more. The turnover is high because you don't learn anything new after being in a position more than a year.
