Northwestern Medicine Reviews

Pros
- Preference to internal candidates to transfer within the organaizatiob - $250/year well being bonus - Tuition reimbursement after a year - Dress code for nursing/care providers but they provide ~$200/year towards their scrubs (although limited options with no options for petite or tall)
Cons
- Loan repayment didn’t apply to me since I graduated > 5 years ago - Expensive to park/commute (able to pay pre-tax but it was incredibly difficult to figure out how to utilize this benefit) - Decentralized teams and systems make it difficult to find assistance and information within this large growing organization - Insurance that covers NM healthcare is the best value, however most NM doctors are scheduling 9-12 months out, no preference for employees - High staff turnover rates leads to many inexperienced staff members leading/managing teams
