I have been working at Norwalk Hospital part-time (More than 3 years)
co workers, cafeteria, overtime if available.
Unorganized department, management only cares about themselves, you can't depend on management, management does not accommodate school schedule.
Advice to Management
Management should be retrained and learn to become better supervisors and managers. Learn to appreciate their employees.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Norwalk Hospital (Norwalk, CT).
It was a long time ago but it went well obviously I got the job. You are interviewed by a worker and management. They ask you about your work experience. Are you going to continue your education because they are a teaching hospital. Are you flexible? They also give you a skills test with 20 questions.
