Interview
First interview was with the hiring manager. He asked a lot of questions about my previous roles and how I handled difficult situations with customers. Barely had time to ask my own questions. Second interview included a mock call with the hiring manager and two others. A lot of questions about my previous quotas and how I exceeded them. Felt more like an interrogation than an interview. Then had a mock call and was provided feedback, which included that my accent had worsened since the first interview. Interviewers felt arrogant and it felt like it was all about them, not me (had time to ask one question in the end). Overall, not a culture I'd want to be part of.InterviewWhat was your quota in your previous role?
