      I have been working at Notonthehighstreet.com full-time (Less than a year)

      Pros

      The culture and the people absolutely make the place. Everyone is friendly and passionate about making a difference to help small businesses grow. The new offices are so creative which makes going into work even nicer and people really make an effort to socialise.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly which is a good and a bad thing. Right now it’s exciting, I just hope we don’t become too corporate in the future (but I think that's a long way off).

      Advice to Management

      Our new CEO joins this month which will be great for us as a company.
