I have been working at Notre Dame of Maryland University full-time (More than 8 years)
getting better at transparency
growing pains still from becoming a University
tendency to work in "silos" - being addressed
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Notre Dame of Maryland University (Baltimore, MD) in July 2015.
Applied online and about a week later was contacted to set up an initial phone interview. Spoke with the director regarding the position and my experience and was told they were interviewing about 12 candidates on the phone and would narrow it down to three in person interviews. Received a call by the end of the week to set up an in person interview for the following week. The in person interview was with the director and assistant director and lasted about 45 minutes before a few other people who worked in the building came in for another 15 minutes. A couple days after the interview my references were contacted. I then received a call the following day informing me I did not get the position due to another candidate having more related experience.
