Advice to Management
You can not be everybody's friend so stop trying. Try Showing More Respect to the people that try hard at working rather than work hard at trying to do as little as possible possible. "Say Anything" as long it is positive an exercise on how to make the most mediocre action or event seem impressive - "Own It" baby
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Novelis (Atlanta, GA).
Easy interview, it was just a couple of hours. They only asked basic questions about my educational and employment background. First were two phone interviews with recruiter and then bosses. Next I was called in for face to face with bosses and met with HR.
I accepted without countering. The offer was fair however I did negotiate for an extra week vacation.
