I have been working at NoviCap (Less than a year)
A Spanish FinTech company with a huge growth potential not only in Spain, but rest of Europe. The environment is very including and open. Moreover, the workforce consist of a bunch of young, intelligent and ambitious people dragging towards the same direction/goal. It is an international environment, and the communication happens in both Spanish or English.
Too little variety in my daily activities.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at NoviCap (Barcelona (Spain)) in February 2015.
First contact was by email, answering some questions about fintech, NoviCap and the market of invoice finance. After responding to those questions they called me in order to go to the next step: Presencial interview. Then we met and they asked me several questions like:
- Why do you choose Novicap?
- Why do we have to choose you?
And they proved my negotiations skills in a telephone call with their CEO.
After all of this, they told me that they will contact me and in 5 days they told me that they have a position for me. I went there and I began to work with them.
